Don’t Ask Don’t Tell Don’t Watch Don’t Listen Don’t Think

without comments

The finger of silence is one of those successful marraige tools that you pick up over the years that nobody tells you about when you get married. I always invoke the finger when I haven’t yet downed the requisite amount of coffee necessary to kickstart my brain into normal daily function.

The wife usually invokes the finger when she is carrying in bags of things that have department store logo’s on them. And so it works for both of us. Yesterday I watched in amusement as the Right Reverend Obama spoke to an audience of his peers. (Crooks, con men, shysters, hucksters, thieves, quacks…I mean Democrats.)

It looks like the Right Reverend has decided that he is going to talk us into submission, telling one whopper after another nonstop until November, when it will only be two years until he has to be renominated.

Now last week he said that his spending increase was actually a tax cut for middle Americans, (the most abused term ever coined), that he was fighting the war on terror, (one minute out of every sixty), that health care needed to be passed, that jobs was his number one priority, and that Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell needed to be repealed.

Then yesterday he told his audience that they shouldn’t listen to cable news, which is just a rehash of last years feud with FOX. He managed to remember CNBC, and MSNBC, but his main criticism was aimed at FOX, because nobody watchs the other shows. (Killer Keith Olbermann’s act is down 44%, while O’Reilly is up 55%, and even Democrats rate FOX as the best source of news.)

The Right Reverend doesn’t want you to watch FOX because you might actually get to thinking that HOPE and CHANGE are just so much BS, and under his “leadership” the country is going to hell in a handbasket.

He’d rather you watch Obama approved television, such as NBC, CBS, and ABC. That’s where his brown nosing lackeys pontificate on what’s good for you and the country, because youse is too dumb to figger it out for yerselfs.

This morning the Right Reverend is at a prayer breakfast, no doubt telling the audience what God wants, and he’s just the humble messenger. “If you won’t listen to me…then listen to what God wants…and you won’t find that message on FOX.” (Or will we?)

Now I won’t ever claim to be a god squader, but I do remember the concept of free will, which clearly states that you have a choice in how things go, which means that there must be an alternative argument. If you don’t ever listen to the alternative, how are you going to know what the right decision is? And who says the Right Reverend is on God’s side? (When all your friend’s are atheists, there is a high chance that you are too, even if you’re wearing the collar, and quoting all the right chapters and verses.)

It’s that old “watch what I do, not what I say,” and the public is catching up fast. No wonder the Right Reverend is running scarred. Instead of hearing the sweet flutter of twenty dollar bills, he is hearing the tinny clang of spare change in the collection basket.

Keep your eyes open, your ears tuned, and your synapses firing, even as the Right Reverend dangles his pocket watch back and forth, back and forth…no one can be hypnotized against their will.

My good friend the Greedmaster once told his followers that one of keys to weight loss was “Sitdowns.” When asked by a BBW what a “Sitdown” was, he replied, (in true Greedmaster style), that a “Sitdown” was when a Lardassian got the urge to stand up and go get some ice cream, to just “Sit their fat ass down.”

So I have coined “Doodaoppozit.” Whenever the Right Reverend tells you what you should be doing, (which is anytime his mouf is open), “Doodaoppozit!”

New Jersey Politicians Reject Public Health Care Authorities, Approve E Cigarette Restrictions

without comments

Prominent public health care authorities are ignored by politicians on what one anti-smoking professional called “A potential public health disaster”.

New Jersey politicians have kept in line with today’s politicians and thrown out warnings by expert physicians and public health experts concerning the electronic cigarette, a new product that is creating quite a stir in the U.S. right now.

Letters, faxes and other forms of communications were used by top medical experts in the anti-smoking movement to defend the e cigarette from what one expert called “senseless regulations” and also claimed that the actions would put the public in general in a position to pay a terrible price.

The state Senate voted 38-0 Thursday to approve a bill to apply the provisions of the “New Jersey Smoke Free Air Act” to restrict the use of electronic smoking devices, commonly known as “e-cigarettes.”

The bill (S-3053) would expand the definition of “smoking” to include e-cigarettes and extend the ban on smoking by minors to include the use of e-cigarettes. It would define smoking as the burning or inhaling of tobacco or any other matter than can be smoked or inhaled, or the inhaling of smoke or vapor from an electronic smoking device.

Talk is already starting about lawsuits to counter the bill, because it could also enforce the non-use of asthma inhalers in public, and also for users of the e cigarette to be forced to share areas of second hand smoke and endangering their lives after they found an alternative that is deemed as “100 to 1,000 times safer” by public health officials from around the world, based on independent lab studies on the product.

“Elected officials are using scare tactics to pass bans and protect the companies these products threaten financially, they use terms like “an ingredient found in anti-freeze” to describe propylene glycol, when it is an that ingredient is also found in the food supply and asthma inhalers that children use on a daily basis,”states Tiffany Ellis, Public Relations Director of E Cigarettes National.” It is about time the smokers fight back at the ballots and remove any politician that uses deceptive propaganda to pass bills and protect the lobbyist and the companies that fund their election campaigns. It is time they serve the people, not special interest.

Smoke Screens May Be Used Best By Government

without comments

Who do you think uses smoke screens the best? If you would ask that question in a questionnaire, you might be surprised by the answer you might get. Most of the time you might get these. One would be the U. S. government and the military. They have used smoke screens against us for years to keep us in the dark about all kinds of things. The military uses these smoke screens about every mission that they go on because this will keep them safer than if they were going into hostile territory without this smoke screen in place.

The government uses these things for many different reasons. They will do the sneakiest things and hid almost anything from us. They say that they are doing these things for the good of our country, but do you really think that they are doing this for this reason? Or do you think they are trying to hide something that they have done wrong?

Do you think that Clinton was the only leader of this country that got caught? If you think so you might want to go into the history books and find out for sure. I’m sorry to say that none of our leaders have been all that clean. To tell you the truth neither have the military or our religious leaders. In the end everyone that does something wrong will get caught.

If the government or our military wants to keep using these smoke screens, then we, as citizens of these United States, need to make them accountable for their actions when they get caught. If they end up getting us or our country hurt because of these screens that they had put in place, they need to get the same punishments that we would get. If it were us that did this thing to our country we would be put on trail and probably be put in prison for life. In most situations we would probably feel like we were put under the prison.

Have you seen the movie Independence Day? Most people have. Well do you really think that the government used smoke screens to cover up this action or did you really think that this didn’t happen? No matter what, we will probably never know for sure. The government and the military will make sure that we never find out. They will do whatever it takes to keep this quiet.
