It is recommended for early planting when soil temperatures are still cold and phosphorous deficiency a problem. Row application promotes vigorous seedling start that jumps ahead of weed growth. McGeary Organics 3-5-3 is a multi-nutrient blend with high-quality compost as its base. Other ingredients include colloidal phosphate, Langbeinite (potassium magnesium double sulfate), porcine blood meal, steamed bone meal, and plant protein products. Together with the compost, these add needed secondary nutrients. They are released slowly, reducing loss from leaching. It is OMRI listed for organic production and conforms to NOP standards. Rate of Application: for best results, refer to a recent soil test. Rates are based on the nutrient needs of moderately high yielding crops being grown in soils of low to moderate fertility. Soils that have been well fertilized in the recent past, or have received manur”

Its special high-nitrogen formulation will also correct a garden that has been over-manured or if a soil test has indicated excessive phosphorus and potassium levels. If your soil test reveals soil nitrate levels to be below 21 ppm, it can also be used as a side-dress of nitrogen after your crop is up to boost yield and growth. It is especially good for corn and lawns. McGeary Organics 8-1-1 is composed of blood meal, plant protein products, and compost. Like all McGeary products, it is OMRI Listed and NOP compliant. It contains several nitrogen rich ingredients, a large portion of which are rapidly available. The guidelines below are general recommendations. Extremely cost effective, too! Method of shipment, biology and release rates: Ladybugs are shipped to you in the adult stage. Each adult consumes about 5,000 aphids. Within 8 to 10 days of release, each female ladybug lays 10-50 eggs daily on the underside of leaves. In 2-5 days the larvae emerge as dark alligator-like flightless creatures with orange spots. The larvae eat 50-60 aphids per day. After 21 days they pupate and adults emerge in 2-5 days, completing the cycle. Under ideal conditions (temperature 61-82 degrees F; ladybugs won’t fly when 55 degrees F or lower) several generations may be produced. If not released imme”
