Cigarti E Cigarette Review

without comments

Cigarti has some of the coolest looking electronic cigarettes on the market. They are flashy, cheek and full of the ultra modern fashion and they have a price tag to match the artwork. You can have the style, look, feel and all of the above, but what about the e cigarette itself?

I have always said that all e cigarettes are made in China and are man made. This company is no different. The kit is about average as most are since they all have the same basic design. The atomizer is rounded, the carts are about average as the flavors are. there is just nothing about the Cigarti that screams “I am worth the high price” other than the stylish design. They do have good customer service, and to me, that is what counts.

Their e cigarettes are just like everyone else other than the fancy designs. They are all man made and made in china. In my opinion, you could get the same for less by choosing the No 7, it is a lot cheaper and basically the same e cig, but for a lot less money, if you can do without the fancy designs. If you are a fashion buff, then it may be worth the extra cost. The Cigarti company has great customer service, so you can rest easy considering spending money there.

FDA Spits In Federal Judge’s Face, Blocks Shipments, Anyway

without comments

Food and Drug Administration is continuing to block shipments of electronic cigarettes into the United States, despite a court order from Federal District Judge Richard Leon on January 14th for them to STOP doing so.  Looks like their request to the Federal Appeals court to stay the court order that was SUPPOSED to stop them from blocking shipments of e-cigarettes into the United States was pretty pointless, since it appears that the FDA is going to do whatever they want to do, anyway, regardless of the orders of the court… Read More

The Great FDA Scam On E Cigarettes

without comments

It is a growing trend online and at local malls to see the new e cigarette for sale and people, both smokers and non smokers flocking to them as more and more information is released on the effect they are having on the population.

Most of the smokers that have tried them swear by them with claims of leaving tobacco cigarettes behind and claims of better health and appearance to boot. There was even a study from South Africa that claims that 45% of the people who switched to the e cigarette have now quit using tobacco and are feeling better. All of the scientist and doctors in that study were amazed at the results and highly approve of them as a cessation product and a plain out healthier choice.

This is not the consensus here in the United States when it comes to the government and special interest though. There is still an ongoing battle in a federal court over the popular product with fierce support from most users, family members and even doctors and scientist that are shouting praises for the e cigarette and screaming corruption at the government and special interest for their position on the product.

Several of the board members on the FDA advisory board that are suggesting a ban have direct financial ties to large pharmaceutical companies which creates an open conflict of interest. These companies make profits from smoking cessation products that average a 2% quit rate, so it is in their interest to keep a product off of the market that helps 45% quit smoking according to unbiased studies with no financial ties to special interest.

What is really had to swallow is that these same special interest groups that are funded by these companies also wrote the recent anti-smoking legislation that actually keeps tobacco legal and kills over 400,000 Americans each year. This is a travesty that the ones who claim they want to help people quit tobacco are the same ones that are protecting it and profiting on the funding companies ability to market products that do not work, while trying to ban the products that do work.

Even with all of the corruption from the special interest, the FDA recently put out lab results that were not factual and were misleading to scare the people away from the e cigarette. They did not use a control tthat was equal to the product they were testing and completely ignored the dangers of tobacco that most use the e cigarette to avoid. The current problem is that the coming legal decision may not be based on fact or truth, but rather, based on laws that were written in the past to protect the special interest of a few companies.

You Should Have The Right To Choose An Electronic Cigarette Over Tobacco

without comments

If you use an electric cigarette instead of tobacco cigarettes these days, you might have heard a lot of controversy concerning them. The FDA And other non-smoking advocates are doing their best to ban the e-cigarette while tobacco products are allowed to stay on the market. If they do ban them all together, you might have to have a prescription for one in the future if the FDA has their way.

For those who use an e-cigarette and are perfectly satisfied with the fact that they are no longer taking in all of the deadly chemicals and toxic tar that is in and produced by tobacco, might have to begin to fight for the right to use their e-cigarette. No sense can be made out of the banning of an smoking device that is thought by many researchers to be a much better alternative to smoking than using tobacco in any form.

The entire controversy centers around the possibility of nicotine poisoning and the few chemicals that are present in the nicotine solution that is used in the electronic cigarette. The likelihood of getting nicotine poisoning from an electric cigarette is probably no greater than the risk that is involved in using nicotine gum or nicotine patches, yet these products are supposedly going to be allowed to remain being sold over the counter without a prescription, and of course, tobacco will continue to be sold and legal as it always has been, evidently no matter how deadly it has already been proven to be.

A smoker has to wonder what the real reasons are behind the FDA and others who want so desperately to have the electric cigarette wither taken off of the market or regulated to the point of having to have a prescription to have one. This is a very unfair way deal with this product since the other nicotine products available are already available to purchase at will. It should be said by someone that smokers should have the right to choose a safer alternative to tobacco if they want to, but it remains to be seen whether or not they will. There is a lawsuit in court at this very moment with two e-cigarette marketers and the outcome of this case might very well determine the future of this very useful, wanted, and controversial product. Those that already use an electric cigarette have gotten accustomed to using this product and it will be a shame if they go back to smoking tobacco.
